- Insert the probe into the meat as shown above.
- Press and hold MODE to select manual target.
- Press MEAT / UP and COOK / DOWN to select your.
- Your target temperature will appear on the LCD.
- The cooking alerts will sound as described above.
- Press any button to silence the alert.
