I have a 2011 also, and have researched how to stream music over Bluetooth, and the answer is same as above: you cant. For some reason, the phone can only be used as a phone through Bluetooth, not for streaming anything else.

In phone settings, choose Bluetooth. Find the vehicle name in the list of paired devices. Choose Delete or Forget This Connection….After removing both connections:
- Turn the vehicle off.
- Open and close the vehicle door.
- Wait two minutes.
- Pair your phone to the vehicle again.
