Do Intuition liners expand?
As the liners are heated the foam will expand and the volume inside actually gets smaller as it molds around your foot. If you were only a half size too big the molding process should actually take up some of the excess space.
How do I choose my intuition liner?
Our liners run in full sizes so if your shell size is (for example a size 25), you should get a size 25 liner, the same size as your shells. If your shell is a half size (for example a size 24.5) you should round up or down a half size depending on the list below.
How long does it take to break in Intuition liners?
It has the stiffest, densest, and thickest liner that Intuition makes. Because of this, expect the liner to take 10+ days of skiing to break in fully after the initial mold. Once broken in, however, the liner is very special.
How should ski boot liners fit?
With your foot in the liner in the shell, there should be enough room around the toes that you can wiggle them back and forth, and the toes should be slightly touching the front of the boot when the heel is all the way back.
Should my toes touch the end of my ski boots?
Be very aware that you are likely to be wearing street shoes a size bigger than you would a ski boot. It may be wise to ask for a size smaller to start with to get that nice snug feel. Your toes should be touching the end of the boot when you first put it on, it may even feel half a size too small.

Recommended heating time for Intuition liners is 4-12 minutes, less amount of time for Dreamliner and most OEM liners (refer to heating chart below). – Timer dial will not move as it counts down, but buzzer will sound when set time has passed and heating element turns off.
