Do Intuition liners expand?

As the liners are heated the foam will expand and the volume inside actually gets smaller as it molds around your foot. If you were only a half size too big the molding process should actually take up some of the excess space.

How do I choose my intuition liner?

Our liners run in full sizes so if your shell size is (for example a size 25), you should get a size 25 liner, the same size as your shells. If your shell is a half size (for example a size 24.5) you should round up or down a half size depending on the list below.
