How do you use a provision map?
You can apply them to a provision by clicking Find provision in the library when creating a new provision. To add a new provision, click on add new provision above the provisions list. The pop up on the right will appear, allowing you to enter the provision details. Click ok once you’re finished.

The IPM (Individual Provision Map) combines a one-page student profile with a provision map – Individual Education Plans (IEPs) are likely to be replaced with individual provision maps. IPMs will show the interventions and general provision accessed by a learner.
How do you create a provision map?
To create a plan from anywhere within Provision Map, mouseover the Plans tab in the top menu and select Create a plan from the drop down menu. You will be taken to the screen below. Use the Find pupils filter to locate the pupil you wish to create a Learning Plan for and toggle the radio button next to their name.
