What is the Insanity schedule?
Insanity is a 60-day program; you will work out six days a week for anywhere from 20 to 60 minutes at a time. The routines consist of weight lifting and high-intensity interval training and are known for being pretty intense.

Which is better Insanity or P90X?

How long does it take to see results from Insanity?
I did this 5 days out of the week straight for a whole month. I’m still doing it but I moved onto to Insanity T25, still intense just shorter time. I would say 2 weeks because you body will start adapting to it but ultimately a month to see actual result, with consistency of course!

Having a carbohydrate-rich snack right before bed can help, as your body will have at least some store of glycogen when you wake up. But if you cannot, then eat a small, light breakfast — rich in protein and carbohydrates — at least three hours before you work out.

How long is the insanity 60-day program?
If you go through the 60-day program and follow the meal plan, you’ll results though! Month 1 focuses on HIIT training, and the workouts are 35-40 minutes long. While you may be tempted to skip Insanity’s recovery week – it can actually stunt your results to do so.
Is there a program that is similar to insanity?
It’s very similar to Insanity, but it’s 30 minutes a day. There is also a modifier where there isn’t one in the original program. You workout 5 times a week, but one day is a double workout. I typically did 1 workout per day 6x a week instead. Shaun T has called this program Insanity on a step!
When will I see results from insanity?
In between month 1 and 2, you’ll have a recovery week. This is a week for your body to recover and be ready to push harder in the 2nd month. Don’t skip it! You’ll still see results happening during that recovery week, and the recover workouts are still a challenge. What’s Included with Insanity?
