Can you put Le Rustique Camembert box in the oven?
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Remove the plastic around the Le Rustique Camembert, place it back in the box and cut into squares. Garnish with garlic and rosemary. Put the Camembert box into the oven on a baking tray for 15-20 mins.
How long do you put Le Rustique Camembert in the oven?

Can I freeze Le Rustique Camembert?
Don’t throw it out, freeze it! It keeps very well for a very long time – you can expect it to retain its quality for up to 6 months. Remains safe to eat even after 6 months – while the taste may become affected with time, camembert will still be safe to eat. If frozen properly it will keep indefinitely.
Why is camembert so smelly?
This is produced by the deamination of amino acids on the cheese’s surface. The amount of ammonia increases as the cheese ripens; after a significant amount of time, the smell can become very strong, at which point the cheese is probably past its best!
