As a resort guest, you should see a new option pop up on the menu screen of your My Disney Experience app. Just click on the button that says “Chat with Us.” From there, it will take you to a messaging window. This is where you can type your question or request.

I have sent an email to Disney once. I did get a response though it took a few weeks. I’m sure they get an overabundance of email and need to read each one and direct it to the right department. If you don’t receive a response soon, I would try calling.
