Is U3 the same as UHS 3?
tl;dr: buying UHS-II or UHS-III cards is a complete waste of money, as the Switch does not support those bus rates, but U3 is not the same as UHS-III, and U3 cards may well improve download speeds on the Switch if you have very fast internet.
