It doesn’t have a cheap feel to it – the black synthetic is really nice, but you can drop it or scrape it and not cry about it! You can put lead and steel through it comfortably and its easy to clean, so overall it’s a great entry level gun which is at home both in the field and at the clay ground.

What is the sequence of firing a rifle?
The firing pin strikes the primer, causing it to explode. The spark from the primer ignites the gunpowder. Gas converted from the burning powder rapidly expands in the cartridge. The expanding gas forces the bullet out of the cartridge and down the barrel with great speed.

The Armsan A612 Synthetic. A great piece of kit…Pigeons hate them! Nice chequering and a comfortable grip. Practical, dull black finish on the action, and an easy to operate lug. A nice smooth loading action, with no problem cycling shells. The Armsan badge, I think we will be seeing more of this name this year!
