Can I return online items to Asda store?

How do I return something to Asda?
Put your items and your completed returns note in the package and seal it. You can get a new returns note here. Head to an ASDA store and pop your parcel in the drop box or hand to a colleague at the click and collect desk. In most instances, we will refund you straight away and confirm by email.

Why has my ASDA Refund been rejected?
ASDA automatically rejects refunds if there if you they deem you to have a ‘high level of returns’. You can call customer services and complain its just a lot of hassle.
How do I send my Hermes parcel back?
Return an item to a Hermes Drop Off location, using a label you printed at home.
- Generate your return label from Your Orders.
- Print your label and check that the bar code on the label is clear.
- Package your return.
- Apply the label to your parcel.
- Take it to your selected Hermes Drop Off location.
Does missguided have free returns?
Missguided doesn’t offer free returns and exchanges—$8.25 will be deducted from your refund as a return fee. You can return any product as long as it’s unworn and has its tags alongside original packaging intact.

We work with a number of different courier companies to ensure that there is always somewhere convenient to drop your parcel. When you create your return, you will be given a list of local drop-off points. This could be a newsagent or local shop through Hermes, an Inpost locker or your closest Asda superstore.
