How do I activate TSPrint?
Configuring TSPrint
- Launch the TSPrint Options by navigating to Start > Terminal Works > TSPrint > Options.
- Under Printer Settings, Select Default for the Print Engine.
- Select the name of the default printer.
- Check the box next to Map Settings.
- Click Save.
How do I access my scanner remotely?
Launch USB Network Gate on both the server and client computers. On the server computer, choose the desired USB scanner from USB Network Gate’s “Local USB Devices” tab and select “Share”. In the RDP session (client computer), navigate to the “Remote Devices” tab and click “Connect” to create the connection.

Can I use a ScanSnap scanner with the tsscan?
Yes, ScanSnap scanners are supported with the TSScan but only with TSScan version 3.0.5.13 or higher. 1. Make sure that the ScanSnap Manager is installed on your local PC. This is the main requirement for the ScanSnap to work with the TSScan.
